

C.V. LeForce passed away in the early hours of Monday morning with his sweet dog and loyal companion Clark by his side. Ending an 84 yearlong campaign of optimism, humor, hard work and generosity; he leavesus for his bride of 61 years who he has longed for since her recent passing.C.V. was born in Broken Bow, OK to Albert A. and Julia Ann Maxey LeForce, and graduated from Broken Bow High School in 1948. He served in the U.S. Army with the SVC Co 200th Infantry in Camp Carson, CO where he earned the National Defense Service Medal. After his military service, he graduated college with an accounting degree at The Colorado College in Colorado Springs, CO. in 1958.He embarked on a 50 year real estate career that began by opening Faith Realty & Development Co. in 1960 and expanded its holdings to include commercial buildings, land and industrial storage businesses. In 1976 he purchased the rights to the real estate franchise ‘Realty World” and grew that into a fifteen state operation. C.V. was an admired teacher of business and sales. He was involved in many aspects of real estate and was named Colorado’s “REALTOR of the YEAR” in 1980. C.V. served as Director of the National Association of REALTORS Political Action Committee for several years, and served as Chairman of the Political Action Committee. He also served as a Deacon in the Presbyterian Church and spent time volunteering at the Colorado State Prison as a teacher. He is survived by his son, Scott LeForce and daughter‐in‐law Clare; one brother Carl E. LeForce and his wife Sue of Idabel, OK; three sisters Dorothy LeForce McDaniel and her husband Cecil of Catoosa, OK; Sue LeForce of Catoosa, OK and Millie LeForce of Modesto, CA along with three grandchildren, Morgan LeForce, Travis Walker and Westin Walker and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 61 years Joy Berneice Castle LeForce and his daughter Aneeka Dawn LeForce Walker. Also preceded in death by two brothers Ed R. LeForce and Ed’s wife Bonnie J. Willis LeForce of Idabel, OK and Bob LeForce and Bob’s wife, Vida Lou Earnhart LeForce of Oroville, CA.Two sisters Martha LeForce Willis and her husband, Roy M. Willis of Eagletown, OK and Imogene LeForce of Idabel, OK. , brother‐in‐law, Dale Tipton of Catoosa, OK and three nieces. His energy, smile and undying enthusiasm will be missed by all who knew him.
