Connie passed away peacefully at home with her loving husband of 64 years. Connie was born in McNary, Texas and lived in Brentwood for most of her life before moving to Tucson, AZ in 2006 with her husband. Connie is survived by her husband Genaro Chavarria and their children; Olga Stromberg, Emma Ramirez, Martha Thompson, Faviola (Pete) Lopez, Edward (Elizabeth) Chavarria, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She loved sewing, cooking and tending to her roses.
Services are being held at St. Ignatius of Antioch 3351 Contra Loma Blvd in Antioch Dec. 27. Visitation 5pm to 7pm and Rosary/Vigil 7pm to 8pm. Mass is Dec 28 @ 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society .
