Born in San Francisco in 1959 to Sally and Elmer Marquez. The family moved to Newark, CA in 1960 where Diane was raised. She was a graduate of Newark High. Later she met John, fell in love and married him on July 25 1987. They raised their family in Fremont until 2010, when they moved to Discovery Bay.
Diane was the youngest of five siblings. In addition to her husband and sons, she is survived by brothers: Jesse Marquez, wife (Cecelia) of Elk Grove, Thomas Marquez, wife (Jackie), sisters: Christine Jablonski, husband (Robert), and Kathy Williams, all of Fremont Ca. She also leaves behind numerous, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
