Harry “Hank” Joseph Haaf passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016. Hank was born in Philadelphia, PA to Fred and Kathryn (Godshall) Haaf on November 18, 1941. He attended La Salle college High School in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Villanova University with a degree in economics, class of ’64. He played football at both La Salle and Villanova. He worked in accounting in various capacities for 53 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf. His greatest joy was being “Big Pop Pop” to his 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Hank is remembered for his keen intellect, his gift of gab, and his Irish wit.
Hank is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 38 years Shirley Bufkin Haaf; two grandchildren Angel Ciaccia & Harry Rolf.
Hank is survived by his wife Nancy Kenyon Menefee-Haaf; son Michael (Toni) Jones; daughter Karen (Axel) Rolf; daughter Kristen (Paul) Ciaccia; son Christopher (Kim) Jones; son Erik (Kiandra) Haaf; 4 brother and 4 sisters.
