Every December if you spent any time at all with Huck, you would get to hear him sing "O the weather outside is frightful...". I cannot hear "Let it Snow" without thinking of Huck and smiling. The first time Gene and I met him he had come to our house to see about a bowling ball. He was one of the few who immediately saw through Gene's tough exterior and became a friend right off the bat. What an awesome guy he was! I'll never forget his kind and gentle soul. He will be missed!

Gonna miss him! Got to know him a lot these past 10 years. I had known his parents and sister since I was 12 years old in Crockett. They became lifetime friends and are very dear to our (The Martinez's) hearts. Every Christmas he would shower me with 49ers gifts that I will always treasure. Thank you for opening up your home to me. You and Opal became a second family to me. Love you! RIP
