James Mark Walls

James passed away surrounded by his loved ones after a battle with cancer. He was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to James (Decd. May 21, 2019) and Rose Walls. He was a 1983 graduate from East Central High School, in Tulsa Oklahoma. He studied at University of Phoenix and Spartan College of Aeronautics. James went on to be a welding inspector for public utility projects. He worked for 25 years for his family’s business Walls Inspection Company, Inc. He was a welding instructor, for a year, for the East Los Angeles Occupational Center. In 2013, he moved his family to northern California to begin his new occupation as a plant inspector for East Bay Municipal Utility District, in Oakland. He visited many manufacturing job sites (U.S., Canada, Mexico and India) to inspect components related to the public water system. James’s hobbies included fishing on the lake, working on his van conversion, and barbecuing for his family. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Caroline Walls, and their children Tylor (Tyler), Ramon, Ryan, and Jolene Walls, grandchildren Christian, Shyloh, and Atticus Walls, his sister DeLana Wooden and nephews Mark and Michael Wooden.
