Jennie Barrios

Jennie (Padilla) Barrios February 8, 1922 - February 20, 2014 Resident of Antioch, CAJennie Barrios passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at home with family by her side. Jennie was born in Mexicali, Mexico to the late Nieves and Luciana Padilla and grew up in Brentwood. At 16 yrs old, Jennie caught the attention of Raymond Barrios whom she was married to for 47 years. Jennie was a homemaker and co-owner of Baby Doll Trucking. Jennie loved reading, spending time with family, traveling in her RV, riding on her husband's Harley, and the ocean. Her last trip was to Florida to see her great great grandson in 2012 .Jennie is survived by her loving daughter Janet Cloud of Antioch. Grandchildren John (Bea) Lasater, Ron (Terry) Lasater, Janeen (Rick) Cloud, and Stefanie Jordan. Nine great grandchildren and Four 1/2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Raymond Barrios, Sr. 1987 and son Raymond Barrios, Jr. 2011 Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, February 26 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Brentwood Funeral Home, 839 First Street, Brentwood. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 27 at 12:00 p.m. at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses', 1111 Sunset Drive, Antioch.
