John Settembrino, retired Contra Costa County Deputy Sheriff, and former WWII Army Veteran, preceded by his wife Rafaella Settembrino passed away at the age of 94 on 9/20/14 at his home in Antioch, California. He is survived by daughters AnnMarie (and Douglas Wright), Rosalyn Miller, Jacquelyn (and David Meacham), 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren, 3 nieces, 2 nephews. A rosary will be held 9/29/14 7pm at the Brentwood Funeral Home 839 1st street Brenwood. Funeral will be 9/30/14 11am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church 500 Fairview Ave Brentwood with reception to follow at VFW Hall 757 1st street Brentwood.
