Judith Ann Smith

Judie is survived by her beloved husband, James, daughter, Teri Murdy, as well as 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her other two daughters Eileen Bixby and Patti McLaughlin.

Judie was born on April 25th, 1944, in Audubon, IA. She is preceded in death by her parents Pearl and Howard Cavanaugh, her sisters Monie Albertson, Jeanette Kroger, Beverly Coffman, Shirley Buttry and brother Richard Cavanaugh. She is survived by her siblings, Howard Cavanaugh, Larry Cavanaugh, Charlotte Kellogg, Sandra Woods and Jackie Smith.

She married the love of her life, James (Jim) Smith January 7th, 1960. They recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary.

Judie was an amazing baker, cook and loved anything crafty. She decorated many wedding, birthday and graduation cakes throughout the years. She was also very passionate about drawing, especially Disney characters. But what she loved most was spending time with her family, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
