Born on May 10, 1952, Margie grew up in Hayward, California, spent several years in Sonora, and made San Ramon her home in 1996.
Margie was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Mark Antes (2011) and John Green (2025).
She leaves behind her daughters, Nicole Buchanan of Livermore and Natalie Gray of Sonora; stepchildren, Kellie Raasch (Eric) and Jeff Green (Tiffany); and her eight cherished grandchildren, Wren, Dane, Lyla, Jameson, Katie, Cooper, Jaxson, and Hunter.
Margie was the definition of love and generosity. She gave freely, loved deeply, and was a light in the lives of everyone who knew her. Above all, she treasured her family and the joy of being a mom and Mimi.
She was loved beyond measure and will be missed beyond words.
A celebration of Margie’s beautiful life will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2026.
