Marla was a gifted artist and crafter, avid antiquer, and someone who loved a good laugh and a strong martini. She was a Contra Costa native her whole life and started her career at Chevron Corporate in Concord for 8 years where she worked as a Computer Operator and then at Longs Drugstore in Concord and Castro Valley as a merchandise buyer for 10+ years.
She was a beloved friend, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Her wit and humor will stay with us and she will be missed tremendously.
On May 16th at noon, a celebration of life memorial will be held at Summerset IV ballroom located at 770 Centennial Pl, Brentwood, CA 94513.
