Milo was born and raised in Modesto, CA, and raised his family in Oakley CA for the last 56 years. He proudly retired from Carpenters Local Union No 152 and was a member of the Maison’s Antioch - Brentwood Lodge No. 175 F. & A. M. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding along the Pacific Coast Trail, and spending time with family and friends.
Milo is survived by his wife of 59 years Rama Allen; 2 younger brothers and their spouses, Ronald & Bonnie Allen of Henderson, NV and James & Kathy Allen Auburn, WA; his son Michael Allen of Pittsburg, CA; and granddaughters Alana Chisholm of Oakley, CA and Rebecca Allen-Smith of Antioch, CA. Milo is preceded in death by his daughter Roni Dee Peterson and his parents Milo and Viola Allen.
A Celebration of Life will be held Jan. 27, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Brentwood Funeral Home 839 1st St, Brentwood, CA.
The family kindly asks that donations be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in lieu of flowers.
