Buddy and Donna, what a beautiful young woman. I can tell from all the kind words that it was our loss we did not know Casey. She touched so many lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. May God help you through this time.

Buddy and Donna, I was one of the faculty from UT that accompanied Casey to France. I adored her. Her voracious appetite for life and her sweet spirit attracted everyone to her. My heart breaks for you. Donde Plowman

Dear Buddy & Donna:
We were out of town last week and our son Zach who works at EY told us of Casey's passing at lunch today. He was not aware of her parents and our connection. We are so shocked & sorry for your loss. Harold & Linda

I can still see Casey playing ball, what a great athelete. She was always so kind to our daughter, Betsy. God bless and comfort you as only He can. With deepest sympathy,

There are no word to describe my complete & utter denial & shock to our little CaseDawg being gone. I can still see her mushroom hair cut running down the court in a Fury jersey (#10), smacking a girl's arm, getting a foul called, and then throwing her hands up in disbelief. :) She did everything 100% - and while I know she looked up to Nikki, Kari and me as her big sisters... what she didn't know is how much we admired and looked up to her. I'll never forget our little Casey. She was such a huge part of so many people's lives and I know she will continue be a part of our lives. I love you Casey.
Buddy, Donna- I can't tell you how much she loved you both and how grateful she was to have you as her parents.
I love you both,

Nikki Lacy

Not only was Casey Nicole one of my very best friends... she was my little sister. I watched her grow up, I watched her make mistakes, I watched her score goals and hit home runs, I watched her live a life in the NOW. I miss her... but I know the Lord has taken Casey for a much bigger purpose. Look what she did yesterday! Did you see how many Christians came together to worship and honor her?!? It was amazing! And that's exactly what she was. I love you, miss you, and will cherish you FOREVER my CaseDawg! What a great example you have set. Watch over your parents, help them get through this time of suffering; let them know you are OKAY. I love you Donna and Buddy. <3
