Mr. Askew was the kindness man that I ever met, He always had smile on his face. I am thankful that I was lucky to have met him.

So sad to hear of Jim's passing. I served with him at DeBerry Special Needs prison in ministry for the past 20 years. I sat with Jim at our recent volunteer banquet and we shared stories of the inmates in the Health Center that we both visit. He was highly regarded by the inmates and many of them have shared with me how much they looked forward to his weekly visit. He will be greatly missed. RIP, dear friend.
