Joe passed away at the age of 83 on September 30, 2017.
He is survived by wife Bonnie Armstrong, daughter Fran Bowen, and stepdaughter Regina Layton. He was blessed with four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, Joe attended East Nashville High School and was a veteran of the Korean War.
