Julia ‘Honey Bunch’ Thurman Bruce, Age 95, Passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Franklin, TN. She is survived by her loving & devoted son, Robert Thurman Bruce of Franklin, TN; her adopted son, William John Schroeder of Fountain Hills, AZ; and her adopted daughters, Teresa Haskins Gary of Thompson Station, TN and Tracye Swift Burford of Lakeland, TN. Honey Bunch loved people & life. She was a consummate caregiver for her Mother, Brothers, Family, Friends & Neighbors. She served 35 years as a pink lady at St. Frances Hospital in Memphis, TN. She worked for American Airlines, First National Bank & handled the accounts of a chain of shoe stores in Jackson, TN where she was born & grew up. She will be greatly missed.
