Mary Agnes. Littrell

Agnes Littrell age 84 of Nashville, Tennessee entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 30, 2014.

Agnes was born on July 19, 1930, in Paden, Mississippi and spent her childhood growing up in Sheffield, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Thrasher; father, William Thrasher; brother, Ernest Davidson; sons, Leslie and Melton Littrell.

She is survived by her son Wesley Littrell and his wife Sharon of Nashville, Tennessee.

Agnes worked as a Business Manager for the Memphis Zoo for over 20 years until her retirement. Her favorite pastimes were watching college and professional football on TV, doing word search puzzles and reading mystery novels.

She was a loving and dedicated daughter, mother and mother-in-law and will be greatly missed, but loved and fondly remembered.

There will be a short graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery in Sheffield Alabama on Saturday September 13, 2014 at 1:00 PM.
