Michael Koon-Tai Cheung, age 69, long term resident of Mount Juliet, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Michael was born December 1, 1951, in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He worked for the State of TN Department of Human Services for most of his career. He was a member of the Brentwood Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Tin-Fook Cheung and Yuk-Lan Wan of Hong Kong, and sister Lai-Wah Cheung, Michael is survived by his wife Annie Xiulan Wang of Mt. Juliet, and sisters Lai-Chiu Cheung, Lai-Ming Cheung, and Lai-Ping Cheung all from Hong Kong. Memorial service will be held at Brentwood Baptist Church Baskin Chapel on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10 a.m.
