

Morgan “Harry” Shaw of Brentwood, TN passed away on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at the age of 63. He was born on November 8th, 1961 in Russell, KS where he grew up with his father “Red”, his mother Mary, and his two older sisters Melinda and Margie.
He was a proud 1st generation college graduate from Kansas State University in 1985, where he served as a KSU Student body representative on the Athletic Department Advisory Board, and was a member of the Junior Varsity KSU Basketball Team.
He was an accomplished Health Care Sales and Marketing executive with thirty-plus years of experience. Since April of 2025, he enjoyed retirement while staying active in a role as a Merchandising Associate for The Home Depot.
He was actively involved in Our Savior Lutheran Church, where he served as an Elder, Chairman, Bible Study Leader, and volunteered for several ministries. Diagnosed later in life as a Type 1 Diabetic, Harry became actively involved in Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), where he served on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Chapter in Nashville.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Mother, and Sister Margie.
He is survived by his Wife of 37 years, Kim, his two Sons, Morgan (Wife Noelle) and Conrad, his Sister Melinda (Husband Jim), Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family, and his two Grandchildren Morgan “Davis” and Charlotte.
Harry was a dog lover, sports fan, and physically active runner and golfer. He was a family man who was looked up to by many for his leadership, integrity, and Faith.
The family would like to thank the ICU team at Tri-Star Centennial - Nashville for the care and compassion they showed him in his final weeks.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Nashville, TN on Tuesday, September 9th at 11:00 am. Visitation with the family will begin at 9:00 am. A luncheon will follow the service.
