Hutchison, M.D.; and infant son. Survived by daughter, Katherine Hutchison, Nashville, TN; son, Doug (Sarah) Hutchison, Nashville, TN; and grandchildren, Olivia and Sarah Kate Hutchison, Nashville, TN.
