

Paul Donald Arbogast died November 30, 2021 after a year of struggling with conditions affiliated with heart weakness. He was born in Warren, Ohio in 1936 and was the only child of Donald and Beatrice.
Paul graduated from Case Western Reserve University, Class of 1958. He married Lorinda Dabney Cline that same year. He did postgraduate work at Wayne State University in Detroit receiving his MBA in 1971.
In addition, to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife, Lorinda, who he lovingly cared for. She died a year ago on December 6, 2020. Surviving is his son, Tom Arbogast (wife Mary Ann) and daughter Ann Kehayes (husband Paul) and six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
We lost a kind soul as Paul passed to be with his heavenly family. He had an exciting life, traveling to so many countries, while deeply dedicated to his faith and his family. He volunteered regularly for Alive Hospice, Graceworks, Sunny Day, and in other positions at BUMC. He was a church school teacher, deacon, and church elder when he was living in Michigan.
He had a lifetime of engineering and management skills that he developed during six years with Packard electric followed by 32 years with Chrysler from 1964 through 1996. He worked on future cars in advanced engineering. From 1985 to 1987 he lived and worked in Tokyo. He loved the automotive industry!
He was a strong family man and a friend to everyone he met. He always had a joke to tell. He loved playing poker with buddies.
A service of celebration will be held at 3 p.m. with visitation beginning at 2 p.m., Friday December 10th at the Brentwood United Methodist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Internment will be at the church at the Columbarium for family after the service.
