Ruth Poe Weir and her sister, Nelle were members of the Grand Ole Opry and were known as “The Poe Sisters” during the 1940’s.
Visitation will be held from four o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Brentwood Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at eleven o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Holt Cemetery in Franklin, Tennessee.
