SALAZAR, Alba Marina, age 73 of Spring Hill passed away Thursday, December 9, 2015 at her residence. Born in Bogota, Columbia she came to this area in 2000 from New York City. She was the owner/operator of a taxi company and member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. She was predeceased by her son: Ruben Salazar. Survivors include her husband: German; daughters: Luz Salazar-Fulbright & Ana M. Salazar-Bodnaruk and 2 grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 2-6pm Sunday, December 13, 2015 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel where a prayer service will take place at 3pm. A funeral mass will be conducted 11:00am Monday, December 14, 2015 a St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital.
