Alex worked as a Coal Miner in Scotland, but leaving Scotland in 1981 coming to the USA. He then worked as a Housekeeping Supervisor. He loved fishing, dancing, and being with his family. He always kept his Scottish pride, loving life, being a vibrant, happy man.
He leaves behind his wife, Elizabeth Anderson; three children, Vivian LaRue, Anthoney Whitaker and his wife Cecilia, and Bobby Whitaker and his wife Amber; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Alexander will be held Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Clover Leaf Farms, 900 N Broad Street, Brooksville, FL 34601.
