Born on October 8, 1955 in Barranquilla, Colombia, Ana was the beloved daughter of Rafael Blanco and Anita Vincent Blanco. Her family moved to the United States in 1961. She graduated in 1973 from Northeast High School in St. Petersburg, FL, and in 1977 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, with a B.A. in Psychology.
Ana learned to fly and acquired her private pilot's license. She went on to earn her aerobatic, instrument, and commercial ratings. She was employed at Bay Air Services at Albert Whitted Airport in St. Petersburg, where she met her husband, Art. They were married on November 24, 1979.
In 1980, she made use of her commercial license to fly for Trader Publications as the Aero Trader manager, until she gave birth to her first son, Ryan, in 1982. Her second son, Adam, was born in 1985. She later worked for Active Chemicals, a family-run business. Ana acquired her real estate license in 1994 and her broker's license a few years later. In 1996, Ana and Art moved the family to Brooksville, FL. Ana worked for several real estate companies and eventually became the broker/owner of Home Vizions Realty. Ana was the Hernando County Chairman of the Republican Executive Committee for over six years. She worked on and consulted for many campaigns and had a great track record for winning! She was a Florida delegate to the 2004 Republican National Convention and was the President of the Hernando County Association of Realtors in 2014. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and an active parishioner of St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church in Brooksville.
Ana was a fighter and very principled. She always fought for truth and right reason. She fought for the unborn. As her health declined, she fought for that too. Through all of her pain, suffering, and adversity, she would never give up. She was such a blessing to all who knew her and will be fondly remembered by anyone around her. She will be deeply missed. Ana enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, RVing, fishing, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Art Trinque; two sons, Ryan (Hayley) Trinque and Adam (Sheridan) Trinque; eight grandchildren, Hogan, Lauralee, Emma, Maryann, Nolan, Caroline, Avonlea, and Amelia; her siblings, Dr. Rafael (Maruchi) Blanco, Dr. Alfonso (Dr. Martha) Blanco, Marco Blanco, Jacqueline (Virendra Khurana) Blanco, and Robert (Kelley) Blanco; nephews, Jon Paul Dubbeld, Juan Carlos Blanco, Andres Blanco, Roman Blanco, Krishen Khurana, William Blanco, Andrew Blanco, Michael Trinque, Allen Clark, and Steven Lykins; nieces, Jennifer Dubbeld, Caroline (Jared Banka) Blanco, and Aimee (Evan) Keyes; brothers-in-law, Larry Trinque, Russell Trinque, and Virendra Khurana; and sisters-in-law, Maruchi Blanco, Martha Blanco, Kelley Blanco, Judy Trinque, and Kathy Lykins.
