Andrew "Andy" Ward, Jr.

He was born February 17, 1946 in Brooksville, Florida and was a lifelong resident.  He was a farmer and cattleman, a former member of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association, Farm Bureau, 4-H and Honorary Alumni of F.F.A.  He was of the Christian faith.

He is preceded in death by his son, Stacy Andrew Ward and brother, Leland Ward.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years: Irene; sons and daughters-in-law: David & Tiffany Ward and Douglas & Tina Ward of Brooksville, Florida; daughter and son-in-law: Rebecca & Thorsten Beyer of Brooksville, Florida; brother: Benny Ward of Brooksville, Florida; sisters and brother-in-law: Annette & Greg Short of Trenton, Florida and Brenda Dowis of Brooksville, Florida; eight grandchildren: Allison, Katie, Wesley, Jasmine, Nathan, Sarah, Grace, Colton; one great-grandchild: Taylor Ray.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:30am on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Lake Lindsey Cemetery, with Pastor David Hope officiating.
