HOWARD, Arthur, Sr., age 86 of Spring Hill died Sunday, April 8, 2012 at his home. Born in Decoy, KY he came to this area in 1989 from Ft. Wayne, IN. He was a supervisor for an Industrial Laundry Co., was an avid hunter and fisherman and was Protestant. Survivors include his wife: Alice; son & daughter-in-law: Art, Jr. & Windy Howard of Nashville, IN; daughter & son-in-law: Sharon & Marty Bartrom of Huntington, IN; brothers: Hubert & J.B. Howard; sisters: Mallie Clemens, Faye Judy, Nadine Handshoe & Virgie Stacy; 2 grandsons and 4 great grandchildren.
