Audrey M. Dilella

Audrey passed away in the early hours of November 8, 2023. She joins those who went before her including her husband of nearly 50 years, Angelo DiLella; daughter, Karin Hoch; and grandsons, Sean Kelly and Michael DeLong. She leaves behind her children, Audrey P. Kelly (Glen), Gary DiLella (Lynne), Robert DiLella (Joanne), Dianne DeLong (David), Glenn DiLella (Kim), Dianne DeLong (David), and Debra Crisci (Gary). In addition she leaves seventeen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Audrey grew up in Germantown, Pennsylvania where she graduated from Germantown High School. She retired from Abington Memorial Hospital Business Office in the 1980’s and moved to Hernando County, Florida in 1994. She and Angelo spent many seasons traveling throughout the country in their RV, and both were actively involved in the Pennsylvania Club of Hernando County. She loved country music and was a big fan of The Judds and Reba McIntyre. She also loved sewing and crafts, and the children and grandchildren were gifted with her beautiful homemade Christmas ornaments when they married.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Brooksville where she and Angelo served for many years.

A Graveside Service for family and friends will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Florida National Cemetery, 6504 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513, with Pastor Don Lawson officiating.
