She was born April 19, 1934 in Ripley, California and came to this area 19 years ago from Bear Valley Springs, California. She was an Executive Secretary with the State of California, retiring after 25 years of service. She is preceded in death by her brother, William Cousins. She is survived by her husband, Edmund Kelly of Spring Hill, Florida; daughter and son-in-law: Gloria R. & John Miller of Spring Hill, Florida; brother, Marvin Cousins of Texas; sister, Gloria Gill of California; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
