Betty Caldwell

CALDWELL, Betty Schaible, of Cleveland, NY died on April 5, 2007 after living a wonderful life for 84 years. Betty married her best friend, Eden W. ?Bud? on July 24, 1953. They spent 54 very happy years together. She spent time working as a secretary at Crouse Hinds until she left to raise her children. She was the best mother in the work to Sue and Bob James of Gulfport, FL and Scott of Brooksville. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family. She spent her winters in Brooksville, FL and her summers in Cleveland enjoying the beauty of Oneida Lake. She was a talented painter and an avid fan of Syracuse University basketball. In addition to her husband and children she is survived by her granddaughter Rachael of Brooksville, FL, her sister in law Dutch Graham of Camden and brother in law and wife Phillip and Ginny of Okla. She is preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Margaret Schaible, her sisters in law Charlotte and Virginia and her brothers in law Grant and Lawrence. At Betty?s request the services will be private.
