Beverly C. Stafford

STAFFORD, Beverly C., age 75, of Leroy Township, Ohio and formerly of Brooksville, Florida, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021 at Hillcrest Hospital, Mayfield Heights, Ohio.  Beverly was born February 3, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts to Harold & Clara Cohen. As a young girl, she and her family moved to Miami Beach, Florida where she met and married her husband, Robert W. Stafford.  Robert and Beverly moved to Brooksville in 1972 where they raised their family.  A woman of faith, Beverly was a Sunday School teacher and an active member of the Christian Fellowship Church. Beverly was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was devoted to her family.

Survivors include her sons:  Mike Stafford of Chardon, Ohio and Danny Stafford of Mansfield, Ohio; daughter & son-in-law:  Carol & Paul Ansell of Leroy, Ohio; brothers:  Burton Cohen & Frank Cohen both of Inglis, Florida; grandchildren:  Steven Stafford, Timmy Stafford, Jr., Jacob Ansell, Joshua Ansell, Shayla Ansell, Jedediah Ansell, Jesse Ansell, Clayton Ansell, Nikki Stafford, Michelle Stafford, Billie Jo Allen, Colton Stafford, Trinity Stafford and Annello Stafford; as well as several cherished great grandchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert W. Stafford and her son, Timothy Stafford.

Visitation for friends will be 12 – 1:30pm, Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Christian Fellowship Church, Brooksville, Florida where funeral services will begin at 1:30pm with Pastor Quentin Miller officiating.  Interment will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery.
