He was in communications with the City of Toledo and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He is survived by his wife: Linda Bowen of Weeki Wachee, FL; brothers and sister-in-law: Robert Bowen of Carol, OH; Vernard and Nancy Bowen of Besaras, OH; sister: Beverly Gabriell of Plains, OH; one grandchild: Billy Hensley of Norman, OK. A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00am, Friday, August 18, 2017 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
