Billy F. Pelham, Sr.

He was born August 19, 1948 in Andalusia, Alabama and came to this area 60 years ago.  He served in the United States Army and worked as a lumber sales representative.  He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Brooksville.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Rita Pelham.  He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Billy Pelham, Jr. of Brooksville, Florida, Jonathan & Allison Pelham of Orlando, Florida and Donald & Elizabeth Pelham of Brooksville, Florida; brother: Richard Pelham of Brandon, Florida; sister and brother-in-law: Judy & Roy Powers of Brooksville, Florida; grandchildren: Kara Pelham, Kaitlyn Pelham and Emily Pelham.

A Gathering for family and friends will be held at 10:00am-11:00pm, Friday, March 23, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where a Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am, with Reverend David Hope officiating.  An inurnment will follow at Florida National Cemetery, with military honors.
