WORKMAN, Billy Ray, 81, of Spring Hill, Florida, died Friday, June 29, 2018 at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. He was born June 24, 1937 in Kimball, West Virginia and came to this area in 1979. He was a United States Army Veteran and a carpenter by trade. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Craig & Renee Workman of Volo, Illinois; brother: James Workman of Catlettsburg, Kentucky; sister: Dorothy Baldwin of Spring Hill, Florida; three grandchildren.
