Bonnie Ann Phillips

Born September 13, 1942 in Gettysburg, Ohio, she was the daughter of Floyd Short and Daisy (Rader) Sandlin. She married Emerson Dean Phillips on September 5, 1959 and devoted her life caring for her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Emerson Dean Phillips. She is survived by her children, Dean Phillips and DeShannon Phillips; grandchildren, Allison Phillips, Casey Phillips, Dathon Phillips, and Eathon Phillips; great-grandson, Jameson Minick; brothers and sisters, Marie McDermitt, Floyd Short, Bruce Sandlin, Elaine Morris, Mel Sandlin, Jeff Sandlin, and Steve Sandlin.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm, Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Merritt Funeral Home, 2 South Lemon Avenue, Brooksville, FL 34601, where Funeral Services begin at 12:00pm. A Graveside Service will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery, 22371 Lake Lindsey Road, Brooksville, FL 34601.
