Abney, Carla Patricia, age 58, of Nobleton, Florida passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Advent Health Care Dade City, Florida. A native of Florida, Carla was born in Brooksville, Florida, February 25, 1963, to James and Peggy (Waters) Dobbs.Baptist by faith, Carla enjoyed church and sharing the bible ministry with those wha are incarcerated.
She is survived by her son & daughter-in-law: Oliver Burton, IV & Amanda Abney of Webster, Florida, daughters: Tamsa Ann Abney of Goodlettsville, Tennessee and Shannon Page Abney, of Bushnell, Florida; her partner of 30 years: Earl Karsten; mother: Peggy Waters; brother: Randy Dobbs of Cleveland, Tennessee, sister: Glenny Morrow of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Memorial service at the Indian Hill Baptist Church in Bushnell, Florida, will be announced at a later date.
