PATTERSON, Carlton H., “Big Hoss” age 84, a lifelong resident of Brooksville, FL died Friday, June 3, 2011 at his home. He was a rancher and a veteran of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a member of the Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church. He is survived by his daughter: Carlla Patterson of Brooksville, FL; brother: Wayne Patterson; sisters: Frances Griffin, Sandra Walton, Mary Coburn and Wanda Piner; step-daughter: Polly (Alan) Williams; aunt: Margaret Ragan; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; best friend and fishing buddy: Zack Taylor. Visitation for friends will be 10-11:00am, Monday, June 6, 2011 at Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church where funeral services will begin at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church.
