Charles is survived by his loving wife, Sabine Tippett, his son's David (Carry) and Scott Tippett. His brother, Michael Ray Tippett and favorite niece, Tracy Biermacher-Robinson.
Charles is predeceased by his parents, Frederick (Fred) Lyle Tippett and Flonnie Bel-Zora Parris Tippett, his sisters, Annette Insalaco Tippett, Alice Marie Tippett, Dora Aillene Tippett, and Laura Maxine Richardson and brother Lienard Clyde Tippett.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Florida National Cemetery.
