Born September 30, 1985 in Hyden, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Lillie Faye Fugate Joseph and Harold Joseph.
Charlotte is cherished as a loving daughter, devoted mother, an adored Mimi, and a beloved sister, niece and cousin, whose life was defined by her close bonds to her family.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Betsy Joseph. Charlotte is survived by her parents; her daughter, Nakayla Sellers (Austin); her sons, Reggis Baker and Ikheem Shaw; grandson, Brantley Sellers; brother, Christopher Brewer; nephew, Jason Brewer; valuable family members, Mark Morgeson and Billy Grumbling; and a host of cousins, aunts and uncles.
Charlotte will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew her.
