Born in Belluno, Italy he came to the area 15 years ago from Long Beach, CA. He was a retired Naval Ship Consultant for the U.S. Government where he consulted, repaired & maintained battleships for the US Navy, he was a U.S. Army Veteran & member of VFW, he co-owned & operated Sirroco?s Restaurant in Wilmington, CA, was a woodworker & cabinet maker, had his captains license and was Catholic by faith.Survivors include his son: John R. Marcon; daughter: Constance Y.
