He retired after 30 years with Fireman?s Fund Insurance as an Insurance Executive. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill, FL. Survivors include his Wife: Joanne; Sons & Daughter-in-law: Donald P. Welchoff, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ and Joseph & Tracy Welchoff of Buffalo, NY; Mother: Mary Welchoff of Buffalo, NY; Brothers: Jerry Welchoff of Spring Hill, FL and Nicholas Welchoff of Oxford, MA; 6 Grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son, Daniel Welchoff, a daughter, Cheryl Cuedek, his father, Nicholas Welchoff and a sister, Nancy Gowin.Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am, Tues., May 18, 2004 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church with Father John Cippel officiating.
