Eileen was the third daughter of four girls. She is survived by her sisters, Zenaida Lozada and Nancy Brosher; three brothers-in-law and several nieces, nephews, and cousins along with two aunts. Eileen is preceded by her older sister, Nellie Garcia and her parents.
Eileen was a resident of Spring Hill and had resided with her parents throughout her life. Over the last seven years, both she and her parents had resided with her younger sister, Nancy and brother-law, Robert, until her death.
Eileen was born with Down Syndrome. However, her disability was instrumental in fostering an environment of love and compassion in the family. For the many family members and friends who interacted with Eileen, there was never a shortage of love.
Throughout her life, Eileen enjoyed attending church with her parents. She had a love for music, dancing and enjoyed her arts and crafts.
Through agencies like ARC (a special needs program), Eileen was provided with work opportunities at local restaurants and tasked to set up the cutlery and napkins on the dinner tables. Her favorite recreational pastime was to go bowling with her peers.
Her beautiful smile and loving personality was a bright light to all who knew her. Now Eileen is healed and whole, reunited with her loved ones in heaven.
The family is thankful for all the prayers and support during this time of mourning.
A Graveside Service for Eileen will be held Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 11:30am at Brooksville Cemetery (Olmes Road and Jasmine Dr, Brooksville, FL 34601).
