He was born on January 24, 1943 in Hartford, Connecticut. He was a commercial fisherman, and became a Florida snow bird 30 years ago.
Mr. Carr is preceded in death by his mother: Ida Carr; brothers: William Raymond, John Hamilton; and dear friend: Donald Dewey. He is survived by his wife: Nancy; stepson and daughter-in-law: Jeffery and Stacey Cohron of Hancock, Maine; stepdaughters and sons-in-law: Tracy and Robert Howard of Locust Grove, Virginia, Joan and Mark Darbonne of Lafayette, Louisiana, Nancy Muller of San Diego, California; niece: Eleanor Tate Dewey of Barharbor, Maine; sisters: Virginia Clark and Patricia Turcotte both of Bangor, Maine; Mary Rivera, Bonnie Bernier; sister-in-law: Nancy Raymond and 12 grandchildren.
