He was born August 29, 1964 in Brooksville, Florida and has been a lifelong resident. He worked as a Social Worker for Hernando County and as a Youth Director for Spring Hill Methodist. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his father, Malcolm Shepard and his brother, Todd Shepard. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte C. Shepard of Brooksville, Florida; brothers and sisters-in-law, George & Vicky Shepard of Brooksville, Florida and Malcolm, Jr. & Lorelai Shepard of Gillette, Wyoming.
A Gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:00-5:00pm, Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where a Memorial Service will begin at 5:00pm, with Pastor David Hope officiating.
