Herbert Vincent Eddy

EDDY, Herbert V., age 93 of Spring Hill died Monday, February 6, 2012 at HPH Hospice House in Brooksville. Born in Detroit, MI he came to this area 11 years ago from Sarasota, FL. He was a department store sales manager, US Army Veteran, past president of the Rotary & Lions Club and member of the  Elks, Eagles and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. He was predeceased by his daughter: Susan Hessell. Survivors include his wife: Alice; sons: Gregory Eddy of Deluth, GA & Gary Eddy of Athens, PA; daughters: Shelly Jackson of Winter Garden, FL & Sandra Winkles of Ridge Manor, FL; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A memorial mass will be celebrated 11am Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow at 1pm at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. In lieu of flowers please make donations to HPH Hospice, 12254 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34613.
