HOWARD, Joan P., age 83 of St. Petersburg, formerly of Weeki Wachee, FL passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Bon Secours Place at St. Petersburg. Born in Rochester, NY she came to this area 26 years ago from Tupulo, Mississippi and was a Dental Hygienist. She was predeceased by her husband: Lawrence and sisters: Phylis Strazzsri and Amelia Braci and is survived by her son & daughter-in-law: Paul A. & Karla Howard of Wilton, Iowa; daughter: Nancy E. Howard; sisters: Virginia Piazza and Thelmas DiLaura and 2 grandchildren: Lindsey and Courtney. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
