He was born March 7, 1935 in Barboursville, West Virginia and came to this area 24 years ago from Columbus, Ohio. He was a Vice President for a trucking company and was of the Methodist faith.
He is preceded in death by his brother Paul. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol A. Davis; sister, Nelva Traugh of Port Richey, Florida; nieces and nephews.
