MORTON, John R., age 88, of Brooksville, FL died Tuesday May 24, 2016 at his home. A lifelong resident of Brooksville, Mr. Morton was a retired carpenter, a U.S. Navy veteran and was of the Methodist faith. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Donna Nemcovic of Dunellon, FL, Sharon Morton of Brooksville, FL, Ann Morton & Jay Legrand of Brooksville, FL, Susan & Rick Whealton of Brooksville, FL and Michelle & Jimmy Huntsman of Lake City, FL; 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will be conducted 10:00am, Friday, May 27, 2016 at Lake Lindsey Cemetery with Kelly Looper officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HPH Hospice.
