GOLDSMITH, Lawrence D. age 86 of Weeki Wachee, FL died Thursday, January 12, 2006 at Oak Hill Hospital. Born in St. Lois, MO, he came here 8 years ago from Westport, CT. He retired as a Finance Manager for General Electric after 30 years, a WWII US Army Air Force Veteran, a member at Glen Lakes Golf and Country Club. After retiring from G. E. he worked as Director of Finance in Housing and Development in Bridgeport, CT, active as lay minister, treasurer & Dean of Diocese in Bridgeport, and was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Spring Hill.Survivors include his wife: Jacquelyn Turner Sayre Goldsmith; son: Lawrence Davis Goldsmith, Jr. of Homedale, NJ; stepsons: Mark Turner Sayre of Spring Hill, Scott Robert Sayre of Huntington Beach, CA; daughter: Barbara McGuire of Monroe, CT; step daughters: Leslie Dale Sayre of Newport Beach, CA, Shelly Sayre Manion of Winchester, VA; brother: Robert L. Goldsmith; step brother: Rev.
