She was born in Bloomington, Nebraska and came to this area 25 years ago. She was a business manager in the real estate industry and a member of the Springwood Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness.
She is survived by her son: Bradley Dugan of Valentine, Nebraska; daughter: Ranae Dugan of Spring Hill, Florida; grandchildren: Jason Dugan, Emily Stone, Daniel Dugan, Thomas Dugan and Chad Roe.
